As Vice President of Business Strategy & Development, Mr. Schmitt will be focused on communicating and executing strategic business initiatives, developing key accounts, and contract management across the electric utility and engineering customer base nationally. 

Mr. Schmitt’s experience spans 38 years in the electric utility industry where he worked in multiple technical and engineering areas of the Power Generation area as well as in senior leadership positions in the Supply Chain where he was directly responsible for the policies, procedures, and internal controls governing the procurement, inventory, and payables process and oversaw the development and continual growth of the company’s outstanding supplier diversity program. His group was also responsible for providing turn-key logistical support for electric and gas emergency restoration events and providing business support for the Company’s (Oracle) ERP system.
